BAS is an accredited Qualified 401k Administrator (QKA) and Associate Member of American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
Common retirement plans we design for companies include profit sharing, money purchase, 401(k) and defined benefit plans. We calculate the employer’s contribution amount, produce benefit statements, perform discrimination testing, and prepare government forms.
But our services don’t stop there. We also design cafeteria plans that may be structured for health insurance only or may include dependent care and medical reimbursement. And we offer consultation services on non-qualified plan and document designs for SEPs, Simple IRAs, Simple 401(k)s or deferred compensation plans for certain employees.
